Basil Oil (Ocimum Basilicum) - What It Is and Why To Use It

Origin/History:

The word basil is taken from the Greek word Basilicum, meaning “king” or “royal”. It is a fairly small annual herb that typically grows up to 3 feet (1 meter) in height. Basil is a thick-stemmed plant with larger lush, leaves and small, delicate flowers that range in color from white to pink. The color of the Basil plant, stems and leaves can also range in color from a vibrant, radiant green to a deep, dark purple (referred to Dark Opal Basil). This remarkable variation in color can easily be attributed to decades of cross pollination, from which an extremely large number of species, varieties and forms have been born. Today, over 50 species

Proper Nutrition for Age Reversal (Anti-Aging Protocol Part Two)

Eat to Grow Slim
Replace unhealthy foods with health-supporting foods in your diet. This means you need to consume fewer high calorie, dense, dry foods like pastas, bread and cereal.
The Grow Young and Slim Plan is not a quantitative diet, which means you can eat all you want, as often as you want, as long as you choose the proper foods. Even though there are no set guidelines for how much you should eat, we strongly recommend that you avoid overeating because overeating is very hard on the body. The key is to pay attention to your body’s hunger signals and eat numerous, small, high water-content meals as you are hungry. This

Exercises for Relief of Foot Pain

Weakness in the foot can cause falling arches, bunions and hammer toes. These are potentially very painful. However, you can get a lot of relief by a few easy exercises.

There are two arches in the foot. One runs across the foot on the bottom at the joints where the toes join the foot. The other is at right angles to the first and runs from the heel to the base of the first toe. These arches are supported by ligaments and muscles. There is not much you can do to strengthen ligaments, but exercising the muscles that support the arch are an important method to relieve your foot pain.

Cosmetic Surgery Vacations

Cosmetic surgery vacations are by no means limited to Canada, India, the Philippines, Thailand, and South Africa. Individuals seeking cosmetic procedures or plastic surgery also travel to China, Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic, and Malaysia.

It seems that the Chinese spend $2.4 billion a year, having somewhere around 1 million liposuctions, rhinoplasties, or other operations carried out on them. Nationwide, 10,000 private clinics provide medical services; most of their foreigners, however, elect liver or kidney transplants to cosmetic surgery.
